Directions: Apply using a popsicle stick, makeup brush, or clean finger. Spread and shape glitter into desired style and allow gel base to dry. If using in hair, use a small amount of hair spray to hold glitter in place.
Removal (eco-friendly): Using a makeup removal cloth, or paper towel or cotton pad soaked with water or baby oil, gently wipe off glitter, always wiping away from eyes. Once most of the glitter has been removed, wash with soap and water. Pretty please, try not to wash it all down the drain.
